3.Buying on Endinov

• Payments must be completed before an order is confirmed.
• Endinov is not responsible for delays caused by vendors or delivery partners, but we will support dispute resolution.

4.Selling on Endinov

• Vendors must provide accurate product descriptions, images, and prices.
• Counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items are strictly not allowed.
• Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders on time.
• Endinov may withhold payouts in cases of disputes, fraud, or policy violations.

5.Payments & Fees

• Buyers agree to pay the full price of their orders, including applicable fees and shipping.
• Vendors agree to Endinov’s commission and payout terms.
• Refunds will follow Endinov’s Refund & Return Policy.

6.Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines depend on vendors and logistics partners.
• Buyers will be notified of estimated delivery times.
• Free shipping may apply to selected products and promotions.

7.Returns & Refunds

• Eligible products can be returned within the specified return period.
• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is verified.
• Some items (e.g., perishable goods, personal items) may not be returnable.

8.Prohibited Activities
