Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders on time.
Endinov may withhold payouts in cases of disputes, fraud, or policy violations.
5. Payments & Fees
Buyers agree to pay the full price of their orders, including applicable fees and shipping.
Vendors agree to Endinov’s commission and payout terms.
Refunds will follow Endinov’s Refund & Return Policy.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on vendors and logistics partners.
Buyers will be notified of estimated delivery times.

7. Returns & Refunds
Eligible products can be returned within the specified return period.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is verified.
